Senior Project Manager with a wealth of digital experience working across digital projects.

Contract Project Manager for leading, respected and award-winning digital agencies.

I can juggle workloads and operate with minimum oversee on complex end-to-end, full life-cycle projects from inception and requirements definition through to delivery. Using adaptive Agile or Prince 2 methodology.

I've worked at Grand Union (the 10th largest digital marketing agency in the UK) as Technical Project Manager where I managed a team including .Net developers, flash actionscripters, QA testers, front-end developers. Working on large projects for Dresdner Kleinwort, COI, Energy Savings Trust, and Npower. Also worked for iXL, The Hub, Start Design, Siegel Gale (then the largest branding agency), Marcus Evans (Ecommerce Manager coordinating 12 business divisions, 41 global offices, updated by over 380 staff, £4 million in the first two years from Internet sales leads and over 1000% traffic increase), Technik. Some of the web based projects have been for Vodafone, BAT, Sappi, Toyota, Canon, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Diageo, BT intranet and the Design Council.

Extensive experience of managing development of websites. Typically responsible for managing a project, covering off all day-to-day production management tasks as well as maintaining the project schedule and budget. Process documentation including: Project Plans, Cost Estimates, Design Briefs, Content Maps, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Team Scheduling and Resource allocation, Issue / Risk Logs, Status reports (Weekly, End of Stage and Highlight Reports), Meeting Agendas, Meeting Contact Reports, Change Requests, Staff Training and Post Project Reviews. Generally responsible for ensuring a project is delivered on time, and to specification.
